Our Permission To Grieve Instagram page is a space for your expression of grief in any form. It’s inspired by the postcards people have filled in and stuck to the walls of each This Grief Thing shop.
You can share a thought, a letter, a message; something you can’t say out loud, or you wish you could say to someone; encouraging words, advice; a drawing, a shrine; a message to someone you’ve lost, a message to the world.

To share something on our page, you can either tag our account @permissiontogrieve in a post on your own Instagram account, or you can send an email to amelia@feveredsleep.co.uk. We will treat anything you send us as anonymous unless you tell us you’d like to be credited.
